Shipping Policy

Modern Lusso is a marketplace for handcrafted brands and products from Greece. Modern Lusso curates each collection in our offerings and not all items may be available for immediate ship, as they are "made to order" . Please read the details/description for your item. All product is exclusive to Modern Lusso and authentic. 

 Our shipping experience is unique- Mordern Lusso will ship your items as they are available from the designer in Greece. If your items are in-stock they will ship within 48 hrs of the your order being received.  Modern Lusso offers flat rate shipping on orders under $75.00.


 When will I receive my order?

Since our designers are located in Greece, your order may require a to be a special order. Please note, that lead-times could take 3-6 weeks if an item is not in-stock or a special order is needed to be placed. A typically ship time is 2-4 business days from time of order being placed, unless notified by our team. We ship from our facility in Maryland.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is complementary on all order over $75.00, orders under $75 will have a flat rate charge of $8.00. We are currently only shipping within the 48 contiguous states, their will be any extra charge for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Customers may incur additional charges for heavy items.


return & Exchange Policy


Modern Lusso returns are valid for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. If you are unsure of your size, fit or any questions regarding product, please reach out to us by filling out our contact form. Customers are responsible for paying & shipping the item back to Modern Lusso. We encourage you to contact us about your return, and provide a tracking number to our team. Modern Lusso is not responsible for any items lost in transit back to us. Made-to-order and sale items cannot be returned. 

Please note: All pop-up shop purchase are considered FINAL SALE , and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Did you receive a damaged Item?

If you recieved a damaged item, please include a picture of the packaging as well as damaged item with your submission—JPG or PNG file formats up to 1MB are accepted.
